All items purchased are FINAL SALE.
Items purchased are refundable if the item is damaged. All tags must be attached to item and unworn. Request for returns must be made within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such as an incorrect or defective item.
Items with liftime warranty are always guaranteed to be replaced or repaired accordingly.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to any address in the world. For some destinations, custom duties may be charged and L'adorer does not pay custom charges. It is the customer's sole responsibility.
We ship all orders placed within 48hrs. For standard shipping, expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 bussiness days after order has been shipped. Express delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days after order has been shipped.
